Mission Specialists Michael Foale and Vladimir Titov work with CHARLOTTE on the Space Shuttle Discovery's SPACEHAB during STS-63. CHARLOTTE is an experimental robot designed to reduce astronauts' work load and its ability to service experiments and provide remote video coverage within SPACEHAB was tested during STS-63. SPACEHAB is a crew-tended commercial payload carrier intended to provide for space for experimentation.
